For those of you who have never heard of
Sophie Milman, now you have. This Russian-born Jazz vocalist who grew up in Israel sings a beautiful version of a song that is based on a poem by the Hungarian and Jewish poet
Hannah Szenes, who is a national heroine in Israel. The song is called
"A Walk to Caesarea" or "Eli, Eli" ("My God, My God"): Enjoy!
